About the role

  • Assist with planning, implementation, monitoring and measurement in support of Washington University’s social media strategy
  • Provide tactical support for overall social media efforts, including daily maintenance of university social media channels
  • Monitor university/department social media channels for issues and trends
  • Contribute to the execution of social media campaigns in support of overall strategic content goals
  • Provide support for events, opportunities and campaigns that aim to drive engagement
  • Assist with coordination of production for Facebook Live and other remote opportunities
  • Utilize social media tools to contribute to monthly measurement and reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
