Responsibilities
Running the social team: strategically, financially, and professionally.
Guiding a team of social pros in strong collaboration with copywriters, art directors, designers, motion artists and account managers toward award-worthy work (and profitability).
Keeping projects smooth, smart, and on time from idea to execution.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships that last.
Identifying upsell and new business opportunities - because you see potential everywhere.
Ensuring all our social processes run like clockwork (and keep getting better).
Reporting quarterly results to the CEO and helping shape our next big wins.
Requirements
A degree or equivalent experience - you’ve been around the block.
Proven experience in a social media lead role, ideally within an agency environment; leadership experience is a plus.
Fluent Hungarian and confident English (spoken and written).
Strong leadership skills - mentoring, motivating, and managing are second nature.
Top-notch communication and relationship-building.
Problem-solving powers and the ability to delegate smartly.
Calm, precise, and proactive under pressure.
Up-to-the-minute knowledge of social and industry trends.
