Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Growth – Sell to new customers, manage existing accounts, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify new sales outlets, nurture warm prospects, and expand the pipeline.
Team Collaboration – Support the hiring and training of Sales Development Representatives.
Process Improvement – Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
Consistently achieve quota targets and lead by example.
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads for sales opportunities.
Facilitate training sessions for Sales Development Representatives.
Report to the sales manager on wins and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
