About the role

  • B2B Sales Executive managing the full sales cycle for recruitment and technical teams solutions. Focusing on building strategic relationships and transforming complex needs into scalable projects.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing the full B2B sales cycle, focusing on recruitment and selection solutions (Hunting) and on offers for on-demand technical teams (OTS).
  • Your role will be to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships and turn complex needs into viable, scalable projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales for technology, software or IT services;
  • Experience with consultative selling and long negotiation cycles;
  • Strong communication skills, active listening and the ability to translate technical needs into business value;
  • Autonomous, organized and results-oriented profile;
  • Preferably experience in software development firms, tech consultancies or SaaS companies.
