Responsibilities
Manage a team of 10 to 20 Onsite Service Representatives/Specialists maintaining inventory in customer accounts
Collaborate within multiple teams to achieve results
Implement Leader Plan including assessing and prioritizing, coaching and teaching, hiring top talent
Manage projects, allocating resources ensuring return on investment and profitability
Understand market conditions and customer requirements for providing direction to the organization
Requirements
5+ years' manufacturing or industrial business experience with direct leadership experience
Understanding of financial and economic concepts
Experience leading in a matrixed environment
Experience building and working within different teams
Strength in process improvement, ownership and control, and project management
Experience leading and working towards goals with a remote team
Ability to be in the field three days a week coaching your team
