About the role

  • Manage a team of 10 to 20 Onsite Service Representatives/Specialists maintaining inventory in customer accounts
  • Collaborate within multiple teams to achieve results
  • Implement Leader Plan including assessing and prioritizing, coaching and teaching, hiring top talent
  • Manage projects, allocating resources ensuring return on investment and profitability
  • Understand market conditions and customer requirements for providing direction to the organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years' manufacturing or industrial business experience with direct leadership experience
  • Understanding of financial and economic concepts
  • Experience leading in a matrixed environment
  • Experience building and working within different teams
  • Strength in process improvement, ownership and control, and project management
  • Experience leading and working towards goals with a remote team
  • Ability to be in the field three days a week coaching your team
