Responsibilities
Develop and own the product roadmap for Competitive Intelligence AI initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders and the AI product team.
Translate strategic priorities into AI capabilities that deliver measurable impact for the Competitive Intelligence team.
Identify new use cases, data sources, and integrations that extend the AI tool functionality and business value.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for AI-related launches, coordinating across cross-functional teams.
Drive the roadmap for interoperability between the various AI tools the Competitive Intelligence team uses.
Partner with internal product owners to define shared data workflow requirements that enable seamless cross-agent collaboration.
Represent Competitive Intelligence in internal AI councils and cross-agent working groups.
Requirements
8 - 10+ years in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms, ideally in product management/strategy roles.
Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and agent-based architectures.
Experience working with Agentforce and Slack AI preferred.
Salesforce Agentblazer Champion status preferred.
Salesforce Administrator Certification and Agentforce Specialist certification preferred.
Experience defining product requirements, managing UAT cycles, and coordinating across technical and business stakeholders.
