About the role
- Technical product leader managing AI initiatives and product strategy for Competitive Intelligence at Salesforce. Collaborating on AI capabilities and interoperability across teams for measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product roadmap for Competitive Intelligence AI initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders and the AI product team.
- Translate strategic priorities into AI capabilities that deliver measurable impact for the Competitive Intelligence team.
- Identify new use cases, data sources, and integrations that extend the AI tool functionality and business value.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for AI-related launches, coordinating across cross-functional teams.
- Drive the roadmap for interoperability between the various AI tools the Competitive Intelligence team uses.
- Partner with internal product owners to define shared data workflow requirements that enable seamless cross-agent collaboration.
- Represent Competitive Intelligence in internal AI councils and cross-agent working groups.
Requirements
- 8 - 10+ years in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms, ideally in product management/strategy roles.
- Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and agent-based architectures.
- Experience working with Agentforce and Slack AI preferred.
- Salesforce Agentblazer Champion status preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and Agentforce Specialist certification preferred.
- Experience defining product requirements, managing UAT cycles, and coordinating across technical and business stakeholders.
- Team player that is curious, proactive, and passionate about shaping how Salesforce will pioneer the usage of AI.
