Responsibilities
Achieve Sales Goals: Deliver principals’ volume, share, and sales fundamental goals at the lowest possible cost.
Strategic Communication: Communicate principals’ priorities to ensure in-store presence and business objectives are met.
Leadership and Reporting: Report directly to the General Manager or Team Leader and manage new principals' introductions.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with principals and customers.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate communication between General Managers and collaborate with Retail Sales Managers.
Market Insight: Coordinate market visits and key account calls to sell principals’ specific programs.
Strategic Utilization: Develop conceptual sales presentations using insights from senior management.
Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on strategies and offer suggestions for improvement.
Information Management: Maintain accurate account distribution information and competitive activity reports.
Skill Development: Manage personal skill development and share information with team members.
Compliance and Financial Management: Follow client procedures and manage promotional plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
A proven track-record in sales; preferably with a food broker or national company.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to analyze sales and marketing information needed to make effective sales presentations.
Proficient in a variety of software packages used to support the sales function.
