About the role

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Analyzes customer needs.
  • Creates complex work orders.
  • Collaborates with the service supervisor to schedule task assignments.
  • Monitors key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Degree in a related field or relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role (automotive or trucking).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Experience with various Cummins software is an asset (Guidanz, Insite, etc.).
  • Significant and/or advanced knowledge obtained through specialized training is required.

Benefits

  • 4x10 evening schedule, Monday to Thursday (12:30 PM–11:00 PM with a 30-minute meal break).
