About the role
- ServiceNow CMDB Analyst managing CMDB operations within ServiceNow at Data-Core Systems. Ensuring data accuracy and compliance while collaborating with IT teams in consulting projects.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day CMDB operations within ServiceNow
- Ensure configuration data is reliable and trusted
- Ensure asset and configuration data is accurate and complete
- Apply data quality rules and certification activities
- Partner with the ServiceNow team to optimize discovery tools and automation
- Generate health dashboards, reports, and metrics
- Provide CMDB insights for impact analysis
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in ServiceNow CMDB
- Strong understanding of IT Asset Management principles
- Strong experience with ServiceNow CMDB data model, discovery, and integrations
- Knowledge of ITAM and ITIL processes
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive mindset focused on data integrity
- Ability to collaborate across IT and ITSM teams
