About the role

  • Team Lead managing ServiceNow Employee Workflows projects with a focus on HRSD & WSD services. Leading a team and ensuring successful project execution in the German market.

Responsibilities

  • You take responsibility for the Employee Workflows domain and its included streams: HRSD & WSD
  • You assume disciplinary leadership of the ServiceNow Experts Employee Workflows team
  • You actively contribute to strategic work within the leadership team and together with the technical team leads
  • You are responsible for revenue and performance planning (budget) for the Employee Workflows domain
  • You represent projects at C-level in steering committees and act as the client's escalation point
  • You serve as the single point of contact for partners and providers in your area
  • You ensure the business development related to ServiceNow Employee Workflows (and the associated streams)
  • You design and deliver workshops and training
  • You take on presales responsibilities when presenting Employee Workflows to clients
  • You enjoy working in a team and are willing to be active on-site at client locations

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of HR and facility processes
  • More than 5 years of professional experience as a consultant
  • Many years of experience in a consulting context and substantial experience as a project manager for large projects
  • Industry knowledge in financial services, insurance, or public sector is desirable
  • Experience with enterprise IT software, preferably ServiceNow, or comparable technologies such as Pega Systems or Salesforce
  • Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to shape and influence
  • You are convincing through your charismatic, communicative personality, your empathetic, constructive and solution-oriented manner and are thus a competent contact and sparring partner
  • You know how to motivate your (onshore/offshore) team with passion
  • You impress us with a high degree of initiative, your structured way of working and your creative potential
  • You think beyond the immediate scope and identify opportunities for additional projects within the client environment
  • You bring assertiveness, strong teamwork skills, cross-functional task- and process-oriented thinking and acting, and analytical thinking
  • Successfully completed technical degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration, or a comparable, solid qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience as a responsible project manager, ideally also as a team leader with disciplinary responsibility
  • Methodological knowledge such as ITIL, PRINCE2, SCRUM is an advantage and preferably already certified
  • Experience with the deployment and customization of SaaS products such as Salesforce or ServiceNow, as well as Microsoft Office products, is also an advantage
  • Composure in challenging project or leadership situations and a good degree of self-confidence are highly valued
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
