Responsibilities
Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers auprès des équipes opérationnelles
Participer aux ateliers de cadrage et de conception (fonctionnelle & technique)
Configurer et paramétrer les modules ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD…)
Piloter et contribuer aux développements spécifiques : Business Rules, Client Scripts Workflows & Flow Designer Intégrations (REST / SOAP, MID Server)
Rédiger les spécifications (SFD / STD)
Réaliser les campagnes de tests (unitaires, intégration, UAT)
Assurer le support N3 et la maintenance évolutive
Former et accompagner les utilisateurs
Participer à la veille technologique et proposer des améliorations continues

5 à 10 ans d’expérience sur ServiceNow
Excellente maîtrise du module ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
