Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalog items, record producers, workflows, UI policies, and client scripts
Build and enhance custom ServiceNow applications using scoped applications and best practice architecture
Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and scripted integrations
Write clean, efficient server side and client side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.)
Collaborate with product owners, process owners, and platform architects to refine requirements and technical designs
Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and upgrade readiness
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance concerns
Support platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing optimization efforts
Contribute to documentation, technical standards, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and eight to twelve years of experience as a developer or equivalent education and related training or experience
5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience
Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge
Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes
Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices
Ability to lead complex projects
Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems
Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective
