Responsibilities
Serves as the primary point of contact with customers, developing relationships with key customers.
Analyze customer needs, gather information, open work orders, provide quotes, prepare repair plans, schedule work, and provide updates to customers.
Creates complex work orders including diagnostic plans and repair plans by determining repair length based on parts and labor availability.
Works with the Service Supervisor to schedule job assignments.
Develops relationships with key customers; resolves customer concerns regarding warranties and explain charges.
Requirements
Technical trade school/ vocational diploma or certification or equivalent experience required.
Requires significant and/or in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training.
Excellent customer service skills - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of relevant computer applications
