About the role

  • Service Administrator acting as the primary point of contact for customer service at Cummins. Managing work orders, scheduling tasks, and building customer relationships in Mississauga.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact with customers, developing relationships with key customers.
  • Analyze customer needs, gather information, open work orders, provide quotes, prepare repair plans, schedule work, and provide updates to customers.
  • Creates complex work orders including diagnostic plans and repair plans by determining repair length based on parts and labor availability.
  • Works with the Service Supervisor to schedule job assignments.
  • Develops relationships with key customers; resolves customer concerns regarding warranties and explain charges.

Requirements

  • Technical trade school/ vocational diploma or certification or equivalent experience required.
  • Requires significant and/or in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training.
  • Excellent customer service skills - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of relevant computer applications
