About the role

  • Develop and implement customized SEO strategies for multiple accounts business units.
  • Manage and prioritize SEO tasks across various clients or internal teams.
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices for each account.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues like indexation, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript SEO.
  • Optimize website architecture, page speed, structured data, and mobile usability.
  • Work closely with developers, content teams, and stakeholders to resolve SEO challenges across multiple accounts.
  • Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking for multiple websites.
  • Ensure content quality meets E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) standards.
  • Implement and manage schema markup to enhance search engine visibility.
  • Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies tailored for different clients/accounts.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis and outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links when necessary.
  • Track and analyze SEO performance metrics across multiple accounts using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Generate custom reports and insights for different stakeholders or clients.
  • Conduct SEO A/B testing to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Programming, or equivalent.
  • With at least 3+ years of experience in SEO, with expertise in handling multiple accounts or clients.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).
  • Must be knowledgeable with the Google workspace.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other website and search performance tools.
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms, search engine guidelines, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, including structured data, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript SEO.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in creating SEO performance dashboards.
