Senior Product Designer leading end - to - end product design for FileInvite's SaaS platform. Focusing on user experience and collaboration to improve financial workflows and customer interactions.
About the role
- Sit at the intersection of strategy and execution as the bridge between product vision and user experiences
- Serve as the design voice in critical product decisions and work closely with the Vietnam design squad
- Translate complex product requirements into clear design briefs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across time zones
- Champion and help scale a design system; ensure designs work in code
- Run discovery sessions with PMs through final handoffs with engineering
- Ensure design quality, introduce validation methods, and define acceptance criteria that protect design intent
- Explore how AI capabilities can enhance design processes and users' creative workflows
- Facilitate async coordination (kickoffs, reviews, planning) that moves the product forward
- Report to the VP of Product and contribute to product strategy and execution
Requirements
- Experience running design kickoffs, reviews, and planning sessions
- Ability to write crisp design briefs that translate product intent into actionable design work
- Skill coordinating async collaboration across different time zones and cultures
- Strong interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy expertise
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Experience building or maintaining design systems that work in code
- Systems thinking about how design decisions ripple across the product
- Product sense: prioritize, negotiate trade-offs, define success for users and business
- Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct line management
- Eye for design quality and willingness to push back when standards slip
- Experience introducing lightweight validation methods and defining acceptance criteria
- AI curiosity and experience/interest in AI-powered design tools or automation opportunities
