About the role
- Build, own, and maintain our design system.
- Take ideas from concept to completion. Turning requirements into effective designs, from defining flows to delivering pixel-perfect, ready-to-go mockups.
- Partner with Customer Success and Growth to understand what our users need and where they get stuck, then bring your expert user-centric solutions to life.
- Proactively use data and feedback to spot and drive improvements to the platform's usability.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer, working with complex SaaS platforms.
- A track record of turning complex stuff into something intuitive and beautiful, with a strong portfolio showing visual design and UI execution.
- An all-around mentality; you can easily switch between big-picture UX and detailed UI design.
- Expert skills in Figma (or similar tool) and collaborating with developers.
- Fluency in English and comfortable working in an international team.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Bonus: Experience in the B2B marketing or social media SaaS industry.
