Requirements
Have 6+ years of experience designing end-to-end product experiences in consumer-facing SaaS, with a portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-surface problem-solving.
Strong interaction design craft and systems thinking, with a proven ability to design accessible, inclusive, and scalable user experiences.
Operates with high autonomy, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and making sound decisions with minimal oversight.
Comfortable shaping clarity in ambiguous spaces, identifying patterns, defining experience principles, and framing opportunities that guide product direction.
A strong communicator and facilitator, able to align Product, Engineering, and stakeholders around complex ideas and trade-offs.
