About the role

  • Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies for Construction roles.
  • Sourcing exceptional talent through creative, data-driven outreach.
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
  • Driving exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Building and iterating on hiring processes to scale with speed and quality.
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts.
  • Leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.
  • Identifying and experimenting with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies.
  • Embedded within a leading multi-discipline Construction company and partnering closely with Business Heads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience hiring construction roles
  • Experience hiring White Collar roles within Construction
  • Deep knowledge of the Construction sector
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
