Responsibilities
Build the pipeline: Attract and identify aspiring Owner Operators
Guide the journey: Coach candidates through assessment centres and interviews
Coordinate selection: Lead end-to-end selection processes
Recruit retail leaders: Map and headhunt talent for leadership roles across our store network.
Partner for success: Work closely with Owner Operators, Heads of Banner, and Leadership Programme Managers to align future ownership needs.
