Responsibilities
Design, implement, and govern the People Management Cycle processes (Performance and Development stage), including consolidation and analysis of results and behaviors, performance evaluations and feedback, 360° assessments, potential assessment and succession, development conversations, and IDPs (Individual Development Plans);
Support leadership and employee training for the stages of the people management cycle;
Implement improvements to performance management processes and systems, particularly in the development stage;
Monitor the talent and key people mapped in the organization’s succession plan;
Translate cycle results into outputs for people strategy, pipeline programs, development plans, identification of succession gaps, and decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed;
Previous experience in Talent Management — performance management cycles, succession programs, potential assessments and 360° evaluations;
Experience delivering training for leaders and employees;
Performance and potential assessment methodologies (e.g., 9-box, IDP/PDI, structured feedback);
Competency-based management and successor mapping;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
