Responsibilities
Take ownership of the entire recruiting process — from job postings and applicant management to conducting interviews
Handle and process all administrative HR tasks such as drafting contracts and certificates, maintaining the digital personnel file, and managing the digital time tracking system
Advise and support managers and employees on all HR-related matters
Proactively contribute to operational, strategic and cross-departmental HR projects — for example in digitization, training/apprenticeship management, or process optimization
Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal policies
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a completed commercial vocational qualification with several years of professional experience
Professional experience in HR, ideally in the healthcare sector
Confident user of common MS Office applications and HR software, ideally Personio, Softgarden and Planerio
Sound knowledge of labor law and HR processes
Strong communication and advisory skills
High social competence, empathy and ability to work in a team
