About the role

  • HR Business Partner supporting personnel strategies at Klinik Dr. Hancken GmbH with a focus on recruitment and HR projects. Ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire recruiting process — from job postings and applicant management to conducting interviews
  • Handle and process all administrative HR tasks such as drafting contracts and certificates, maintaining the digital personnel file, and managing the digital time tracking system
  • Advise and support managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • Proactively contribute to operational, strategic and cross-departmental HR projects — for example in digitization, training/apprenticeship management, or process optimization
  • Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal policies

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a completed commercial vocational qualification with several years of professional experience
  • Professional experience in HR, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications and HR software, ideally Personio, Softgarden and Planerio
  • Sound knowledge of labor law and HR processes
  • Strong communication and advisory skills
  • High social competence, empathy and ability to work in a team
  • Independent and structured working style
