Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates.
Identify, attract, and engage both active and passive candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, niche job boards, and social media).
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Leverage feedback from hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from posting roles to candidate onboarding.
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to review candidate data, track progress, and maintain data accuracy.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication.
Measure key recruitment metrics such as conversion rates, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Maintain transparent, professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
Foster long-term relationships with both current employees and potential candidates to strengthen Oceans’ talent network.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Oceans’ mission, culture, and values at every stage of the candidate journey.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment or Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or global environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Digital Fluency: Strong understanding of social media and digital recruitment technologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
