About the role
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for the Life Science & Healthcare segment, owning everything from sourcing to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies
- Lead insightful conversations on labor market dynamics and provide strategic guidance to assigned business groups
- Engage directly with leadership, deliver timely updates, and foster strong partnerships within supported teams
- Independently manage challenging situations with poise and professionalism
- Ensure visibility and alignment by posting roles in the applicant tracking system per job posting standards
- Work collaboratively across regions and functions to deliver a people-first hiring experience
- Operate as part of Clarivate’s Talent Acquisition team and support regional/global recruiting efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field of study or equivalent, relevant experience
- 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience in Life Sciences
- Specific LS Commercial and Sales experience (preferred)
- Experience delivering technical talent
- Working knowledge of ATS and/or CRM, ideally Workday and Phenom
- Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Strong behavioral interviewing skills
- Professional certifications such as AIRS, CSP, PHR, SHRM-CP (preferred)
- Consultative, hands-on recruiting approach and ability to partner with hiring managers
- Ability to lead conversations on labor market dynamics and engage with leadership
- Experience posting roles in applicant tracking systems in accordance with job posting standards
- Ability to navigate complexity and independently manage challenging situations
- Availability to work hours aligning to US East Coast time zone
