Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication or related fields; postgraduate studies in the area are a plus.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office suite.
Languages: English and/or Spanish (desirable).
Prior experience in developing event projects, Brand Experience activations and CRM, with in-depth knowledge of all phases involved in executing events, activations and relationship programs — particularly timelines and task breakdowns, calendars, communication cadences and participation/impact journeys.
Analytical ability to construct storytelling based on facts, data, market trends and consumer behavior.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, deliverables and execution quality.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as creative, production, operations, event production and commercial/business teams.
