About the role

  • Handles financial administration, budget management, and accounting activities in Neurology department. Responsible for financial operations, reports, and audits at Washington University Medical Campus.

Responsibilities

  • Handles the financial administration of department including budget management, and executing/coordinating all accounting activities
  • Serves as responsible for the day-to-day management of departmental financial operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, program budgets, revenue reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis
  • Act as liaison to accounting departments to resolve accounting issues and manage year-end process
  • Updates forecasts and Revenue for the Financials in the Post Program Analysis spreadsheets
  • Conducts ongoing analyses on enrollment, revenue, costs, and overall financial trends to develop strategic goals
  • Prepares and reviews contracts for custom business
  • Manages GSA reporting to ensure compliance
  • Maintains financial records for federal audits
  • Prepares quarterly and annual GSA reporting
  • Manages 180 and 360 assessment reporting
  • Prepares weekly assessment reports
  • Acts as trusted advisor for assessment participants
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Accounting/Finance (3 Years)
  • Relevant Experience (5 Years)
