About the role

  • Preparation of the environment for product repairs: Develop and document operational procedures, execution time estimates, lists of required documentation, tooling inventories and system configurations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in field processes.
  • Monitoring product field performance: Track performance indicators, analyze complaints and reported failures, and identify improvement opportunities in product features, manufacturing processes and associated services to optimize quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous improvement of repair processes and the product: Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of repair procedures and the robustness of products through systematic analyses and corrective actions.
  • Support for pricing of new products: Collaborate in defining pricing strategies by providing technical data and market insights to ensure competitiveness and economic viability.
  • Development of containment solutions for the field: Identify and propose temporary measures for field issues, supporting the product team in investigating and resolving root causes to minimize operational impact.
  • Participation in customer meetings: Join discussions with external stakeholders, analyze reported failures and propose product improvement studies in close collaboration with the Product Engineering team.

Requirements

  • Completed or in-progress higher education (Bachelor's) in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Networking, Telecommunications, Systems, Programming or related fields.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
