About the role
- Implement tools, processes and technologies core to sales team workflows and optimize processes
- Serve as go-to for inbound queries across stakeholder management, CRM administration, sales forecasting, sales compensation and lead management
- Generate data-driven insights to identify opportunities and challenges and support decision making
- Operationalise delivery of Sales Operations strategy working closely with Sales Operations Manager and GTM Operations team
- Drive Marketing and Sales automation, data integrity, training and sales support
- Proactively and accurately forecast sales metrics and KPIs
- Manage internal systems at maximum efficiency and become a global leader in process
- Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and support management reporting
- Deliver timely, relevant and accurate data and insights to meet GTM team needs
- Maintain adherence to Data Use and Governance processes and standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales operations experience
- Proven record conducting data analysis and providing insights via Excel/Google Sheets or other tools
- Strong experience with SQL and/or Tableau
- Experience supporting a sales team (SaaS business experience is a plus)
- Extensive CRM system experience, Salesforce preferably
- Stakeholder management
- CRM administration
- Sales forecasting experience
- Sales compensation experience
- Lead management experience
- Exposure to change management principles is a plus
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Strong analytical skills leveraging SQL
- Enthusiasm for building strong relationships
