The USAC Personal Safety Division (PSD) Sales Operations Leader plays an essential role to ensure our sales organization is enabled to effectively and efficiently grow sales.
By working closely with division leadership as well as other key functions, you will play a pivotal role to implement many of the Commercial Excellence initiatives to drive growth within your assigned division.
In addition, you will drive improvement projects across SIBG and will work with people across many work areas and departments to create solutions.
Drives and/or designs customer facing data management processes and sales analytics to support strategic and operational business objectives.
Provides input and leadership into organizational design and refinements of owned processes for greatest efficiency and effectiveness.
Leads projects to continuously improve efficiency and competitiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Seven (7) combined years of experience in sales, sales operations, business analytics, marketing, business development and/or business operations in a public, private, government, or military environment
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM tool and analytics
Experience in Personal Safety Division
Five (5) years of Sales or Sales Operations experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
