About the role

  • The USAC Personal Safety Division (PSD) Sales Operations Leader plays an essential role to ensure our sales organization is enabled to effectively and efficiently grow sales.
  • By working closely with division leadership as well as other key functions, you will play a pivotal role to implement many of the Commercial Excellence initiatives to drive growth within your assigned division.
  • In addition, you will drive improvement projects across SIBG and will work with people across many work areas and departments to create solutions.
  • Drives and/or designs customer facing data management processes and sales analytics to support strategic and operational business objectives.
  • Provides input and leadership into organizational design and refinements of owned processes for greatest efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leads projects to continuously improve efficiency and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Seven (7) combined years of experience in sales, sales operations, business analytics, marketing, business development and/or business operations in a public, private, government, or military environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM tool and analytics
  • Experience in Personal Safety Division
  • Five (5) years of Sales or Sales Operations experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
