About the role

  • Deliver data-led, actionable sales insights to support APJ go-to-market planning and in-quarter execution
  • Work closely with Region Sales leaders to establish key business metrics aligned to sales strategies
  • Facilitate sales forecasting activities and hold sales accountable for Salesforce hygiene and Opportunity Management principles
  • Manage customer and transactional data hygiene and provide operational, strategic and tactical reporting
  • Provide leadership with trend analysis, gap identification and recommendations to execute the plan
  • Drive onboarding and training of operational tools and processes for sales reps
  • Partner with Revenue Optimization, CPQ, Deal Desk, Finance, Renewals, Commissions, HR and Legal to optimize deals and execute policies
  • Support Sales Territory & Resource Planning, AOP and capacity planning with HR, Finance and Sales Executives
  • Identify process, system and organizational improvements and lead change initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Project manage rollout of reporting, systems and processes and promote effective cross-regional collaboration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field
  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security
  • Relevant experience in Sales Operations, Finance or IT function
  • Experience with Salesforce.com required
  • MS Excel power user
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferred (Tableau, Clari, Power BI)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Detail oriented and reliable with strong organisational skills
  • Experience working both independently and in teams
  • Ability to adopt and lead adoption of multiple technology tools
