You will identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in hydrogen and power-to-X markets.
You will leverage your existing network of contacts and customers to generate leads and opportunities.
You will manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and solution design to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, EPCs, developers, and industrial customers.
You will act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and matching them with Quest One’s solutions.
You will represent Quest One at industry events, conferences and customer meetings.
You will collaborate with technical and product management teams to ensure proposals are feasible, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements.
You will contribute to regional sales strategy, pipeline development and forecasting.
You will provide valuable market intelligence on competitors, pricing and trends in hydrogen and renewable energy.
Requirements
You hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (MBA is a plus)
You have several years of B2B sales experience, with industrial knowhow in hydrogen, renewable energy, industrial gases or related sectors
You have a proven track record of closing multi-million Euro contracts
You bring an existing network in the hydrogen industry (developers, off-takers, EPCs, utilities, or industrial customers)
You demonstrate strong business development and negotiation skills
You possess excellent communication and presentation abilities
You have the technical understanding to engage in solution-driven discussions with customers and engineers
You are a self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset, able to work independently and in cross-functional teams
You are fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
