Ensure CRM data integrity and improve hygiene parameters to drive analytics on pipeline data for leadership
Help with report and dashboard creation as needed for leadership
Tracking of sales KPIs with regular reporting and governance
Optimize and manage sales tools, their adoption and processes to drive data influenced decisions and optimize results
Drive pipeline analytics for business units to help leadership with decision making process
Drive partner adoption through monthly webinar calendar
Drive CRM hygiene and its adoption with sales
Help sales ecosystem with any CRM related help
Requirements
1-3 years of post-MBA experience
Experience of working with cross functional teams
Experience in sales analytics and operations is a plus
Working knowledge of Salesforce and visualization tools
