About the role

  • Senior Executive responsible for CRM data integrity, sales tool optimization, and KPI reporting. Collaborating with leadership to drive analytics for informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure CRM data integrity and improve hygiene parameters to drive analytics on pipeline data for leadership
  • Help with report and dashboard creation as needed for leadership
  • Tracking of sales KPIs with regular reporting and governance
  • Optimize and manage sales tools, their adoption and processes to drive data influenced decisions and optimize results
  • Drive pipeline analytics for business units to help leadership with decision making process
  • Drive partner adoption through monthly webinar calendar
  • Drive CRM hygiene and its adoption with sales
  • Help sales ecosystem with any CRM related help

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of post-MBA experience
  • Experience of working with cross functional teams
  • Experience in sales analytics and operations is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and visualization tools
  • Good with Microsoft Excel
  • Good to know German language
