  • Team exchange 👥 – Close cooperation with your colleagues in the 20-person sales team provides input, security and plenty of learning opportunities
  • Intensive onboarding 🚀 – You’ll get up to speed quickly through experienced senior sales colleagues, joint customer visits and our e-learning platform
  • Shaping digitalization 💡 – You guide customers through their digital transformation and present smart solutions and options

  • Passionate networker – You already have a relevant network in gastronomy, hospitality or adjacent industries and know how to expand it strategically.
  • Creative & solution-oriented – You explore new approaches in sales, develop innovative ideas to win customers and can present tailored solutions for different businesses.
  • Communicative & persuasive – You know how to inspire people, explain complex topics clearly and build long-term trust.
  • Structured & organized – CRM, pipeline management and professional follow-up are second nature to you.

  • Digitally savvy – Confident in using modern tools (ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office & Teams) and open to new technologies.
  • Bonus: Experience in gastronomy, hospitality or digital transformation is a strong plus.
