About the role

  • Oncology Sales Specialist managing oncology accounts for Novartis Pharmaceuticals in San Bernardino. Collaborating cross-functionally to achieve sales goals and improve access.

Responsibilities

  • Handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology portfolio
  • Collaborate cross-functionally while demonstrating influential leadership
  • Develop and execute a call-plan to achieve goals and improve access and sales opportunities
  • Demonstrated use of social media platforms to capture customer insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
  • 2+ years’ experience in specialty pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar structured industries
  • Strong ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally within a matrix environment
  • Self-starter with analytic abilities to seek out, prioritize, and apply relevant information.
  • Candidate must reside within territory, or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 60-80% over a broad geography.
