Responsibilities
You manage the entire process from a potential lead through to contract signature with the customer
As a Sales Manager, you acquire prospective customers and are responsible for the entire sales process
You represent iodata and our portfolio of products and services
Conducting outbound sales calls and presentations
Advising prospective customers on our software solutions
Building and maintaining a network of decision-makers across various industries
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Managing and expanding existing customer relationships
Analyzing customer needs and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Preparing proposals and leading negotiations through to contract closing
Closely collaborating with the marketing team to generate qualified leads
Documenting all activities in the CRM system and producing regular sales reports
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration, marketing, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
More than 5 years of professional experience in software sales with a proven track record in acquiring new customers and building long-term client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong negotiation abilities
Proactive, goal-oriented working style with high self-motivation
Experience using CRM systems and MS Office
