Handling special requests and professional complaint management
Requirements
A completed apprenticeship in hotel management
Professional experience in hospitality, ideally in the banquet sector
Experience in event organization
Structured approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong service orientation
Willingness to pursue continuous professional development and stay informed about new trends in the events industry
