About the role

  • Define and implement the UK go-to-market and sales strategy in line with Airbus Protect priorities
  • Identify, prospect and convert new business opportunities within aeronautical, CNI and defense industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, CIOs, CISOs)
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing with a consultative approach
  • Coach and inspire junior members of the sales team, share best practices and contribute to a high-performance culture
  • Conduct continuous competitive and technological intelligence and share insights with strategy teams
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable revenue forecasts using CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, and Business Units to ensure strategic alignment and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Business school degree or university degree in Management or IT related topics
  • At least 5 years sales experience in cyber
  • Built a good network within the cyber industry
  • Development of key accounts experience
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Experience of working with international teams
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring other team members
  • Very excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Autonomous, curious, proactive, rigorous, with great attention to detail
  • Ability to identify solutions to problems and adapt to different situations
  • Structured and organised
  • Team player, keen to share knowledge and work collaboratively within a fairly small team
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
