About the role
- Advise regional fuel resellers to expand their business, generating positive results for both the service station and our company.
- Prospect new clients and manage contract renewals.
- Increase sales volume of fuels and lubricants.
- Implement and monitor franchises at fuel stations.
- Conduct commercial negotiations, ensuring product profitability and maintaining our company’s market share.
Requirements
- Reside in São Bernardo do Campo, SP or nearby areas.
- Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH), Category B.
- Availability to travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (postgraduate degree is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency with complex systems and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial mathematics.
- Mobility and willingness to relocate.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Commercial experience serving large/key accounts.
