About the role

  • Senior Director of Sales leading the Large Pharma segment at IQVIA. Driving sales performance and managing a team to foster revenue growth and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Own total sales performance and revenue growth for the US Large Pharma segment
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives
  • Personally lead large, complex enterprise deals
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams
  • Maintain deep understanding of pharmaceutical R&D challenges

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within Clinical Technology
  • Demonstrated domain knowledge of clinical trials and patient engagement technologies
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex technology portfolios
  • Established senior-level relationships within major pharmaceutical organizations
  • Strong experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex negotiations
  • Excellent forecasting and pipeline management skills
