About the role

  • Building and maintaining client relationships: actively acquiring new clients, developing your own client base and managing existing accounts
  • Sourcing new projects with both existing and new clients
  • End-to-end client support: analyzing client requirements and delivering tailored solutions
  • Presentations and negotiations: presenting our services convincingly on-site, by phone or online, and leading contract negotiations through to closing
  • Project coordination: planning and coordinating assignments for our consultants and ensuring project success
  • Recruitment support: assisting in the selection and placement of specialists and executives for interim management projects
  • Market analysis: identifying new sales opportunities and monitoring market trends to seize opportunities early

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience – ideally in consulting or service environments, though not a strict requirement
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills: you inspire people and persuade with clear arguments
  • Proactive customer focus: you anticipate client needs early and independently develop suitable solutions
  • Structured working style: independent and goal-oriented work is one of your strengths
  • Team-player mentality: you value collaboration within a supportive and dynamic team
  • Language skills: fluent German and good English skills complete your profile
