About the role

  • Senior Analyst in Revenue Growth Management supporting global pricing strategies at Alpargatas. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to optimize pricing architecture in various markets.

Responsibilities

  • The Senior RGM Analyst — Strategy & Projects will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies globally.
  • Periodically review the portfolio pricing architecture, aligning the global vision with the needs of each business unit to ensure a competitive, market-appropriate portfolio;
  • Continuously monitor the execution of the portfolio pricing architecture across different markets by cross-referencing internal and external information;
  • Represent RGM in the innovation process with Product and Marketing teams, balancing competitiveness and profitability through analysis of internal and external data, and providing analytical support for business decisions;
  • Establish processes and reports to monitor key RGM indicators (average price, inflation, index vs competitors), anticipate trends and competitive moves, and identify pricing and portfolio opportunities;
  • Support the RGM Execution team in the collection price review process in coordination with other company areas;
  • Lead the development of market studies focused on pricing for different geographies/channels and act as a catalyst for the adoption and dissemination of analytical information and tools to facilitate RGM-related decision-making;
  • Participate in RGM transformation projects, contributing to scaling tools and ways of working globally, and standardizing processes with RGM Execution teams;
  • Able to work daily with cross-referenced internal and external data (often unstructured), generating actionable insights for the business;
  • Strong interface with the RGM Execution team to provide data and insights related to market monitoring, price elasticity, product performance, and more;
  • Serve as the RGM focal point for Product, Marketing, and Trade Category areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related field;
  • Experience in pricing and data projects is a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of pricing strategies for consumer goods, competitive analysis and price elasticity;
  • Experience with market monitoring data sources (Nielsen/Scanntech/M-trix/Circana);
  • Good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills;
  • Advanced English.
