About the role
- Map and automate the full channel funnel (from prospecting through retention);
- Set up and manage the channel CRM (HubSpot), configuring pipelines, workflows, triggers and business rules;
- Implement integrations between systems (ERP, CRM, billing platform, PRM and spreadsheets) using Make, Zapier, n8n or RESTful APIs;
- Create and maintain data repositories and models to track channel KPIs (LTV, CAC, TPV, conversion, churn, revenue);
- Develop operational and strategic dashboards in ThoughtSpot and Databricks;
- Create and maintain automated rules for partner commission, payouts and performance auditing;
- Ensure data governance: integrity, deduplication and synchronization across different sources;
- Participate in defining and versioning channel processes, with technical and functional documentation;
- Propose continuous improvements and enhancements to integrations, workflows and data architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in relevant activities;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or related fields;
- Strong experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) in administration, automation and advanced reporting;
- Proficiency with integration and automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, Workato or REST APIs);
- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling (preferably in Databricks);
- Experience with RESTful APIs: authentication, creating webhooks, reading and writing JSON payloads;
- Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and integration documentation;
- Ability to build analytical and operational dashboards to monitor channel metrics;
- Experience in mapping and automating commercial/sales processes;
- Advanced Excel/GSheets skills, including Apps Script or macros.
