Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in release management, software delivery, or technology operations
- Experience defining and managing cross-organizational release strategies and governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex releases across diverse systems
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
