Brand Manager responsible for consolidating Blip as a global reference in conversational AI. Focusing on brand strategy and leading multidisciplinary teams to enhance brand perception.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead the global brand strategy, positioning Blip as a leading global reference in Conversational AI.
Ensure consistency and coherence of the brand identity, tone of voice, and brand narrative across all touchpoints.
Translate Blip’s purpose, values, and positioning into high-impact campaigns, narratives, and activations.
Oversee the use and evolution of brand guidelines and communication assets.
Plan, lead, and execute institutional and brand campaigns (awareness, reputation, thought leadership), integrating PR, social, content, and media.
Collaborate with Growth, Product, Internal Communications, and Culture teams to connect global and local campaigns, strengthening narrative consistency.
Measure campaign results based on KPIs for awareness, engagement, and brand perception.
Ensure each campaign reflects Blip’s leadership in Conversational AI and its commitment to responsible innovation.
Manage and develop a multidisciplinary branding, PR, and content team, fostering collaboration, creative excellence, and strategic alignment.
Establish and monitor brand metrics (brand tracking, reputation, awareness, and engagement).
Ensure brand governance, strengthening internal processes and policies for applying the identity and institutional narrative.
Act as an internal brand ambassador, connecting teams across the company around Blip’s purpose and positioning.
Requirements
Solid experience in Branding.
Proven track record in B2B brand positioning and building, especially within technology, innovation, or SaaS companies.
Strong background in brand campaigns.
Experience managing teams and multidisciplinary partners (agencies, consultancies, content producers).
Fluent English (experience managing international communications is a plus). Spanish is desirable.
