Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of go-to-market roles, including Sales, Customer Experience, Account Management, and related support functions—primarily for our U.S. entity, with occasional support for European positions
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to deeply understand hiring needs, align on role profiles, and advise on best practices around market dynamics, interview process design, and candidate selection
Develop and execute targeted sourcing and hiring strategies to attract top go-to-market talent, identifying bottlenecks and proactively improving pipeline quality and speed
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, while building long-term relationships and a strong talent pool for key roles
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international startup or scale-up environment
Proven success in hiring for go-to-market functions (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Project Management) within the tech or SaaS industry
Strong ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences and cultural contexts
High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability—you know how to prioritize, work independently, and keep things moving
Fluency in English is essential; valid U.S. work authorization is required
