About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance, market insights, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing customized hiring plans with your stakeholders to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques, with a heavy emphasis on direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms, to identify and engage highly qualified candidates for our cybersecurity and network security sales teams.
  • Proactively manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and providing regular, insightful updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the wider recruiting team on key initiatives and hiring projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition function.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
  • Proven expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong influencing skills and a solution-oriented, results-driven mindset.
  • The ability to be proactive and resourceful, identifying and addressing potential hiring bottlenecks before they arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A highly collaborative nature and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
