Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing customized hiring plans with your stakeholders to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
Utilize creative sourcing techniques, with a heavy emphasis on direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms, to identify and engage highly qualified candidates for our cybersecurity and network security sales teams.
Proactively manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and providing regular, insightful updates to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the wider recruiting team on key initiatives and hiring projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition function.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
Proven expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong influencing skills and a solution-oriented, results-driven mindset.
The ability to be proactive and resourceful, identifying and addressing potential hiring bottlenecks before they arise.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
