Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
- Proven expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong influencing skills and a solution-oriented, results-driven mindset.
- The ability to be proactive and resourceful, identifying and addressing potential hiring bottlenecks before they arise.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
