Analysis of market, technology and investment trends (fan experience, data economy, sports tech, sustainability, new sponsorship models)
Initiating, managing and operationally executing projects across club marketing, sports tech, investments and digitalisation
Development of business plans, investment strategies and performance analyses
Leading interdisciplinary project teams and managing external service providers
Supporting the positioning and continued development of the company within the international sports business
Requirements
Several years of experience in the sports business, ideally in marketing/commercialisation, club management, athlete advisory, sports tech or investment
Proven experience in project management and business development
Deep understanding of the economic, media and technological structures of professional sports
Strong sensitivity to market and technology trends such as data analytics, digital platforms, fan engagement, AI and athlete branding
Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to implementation
A robust network in the sports and media industry is a plus
Fluent German and English
