Responsible for the implementation, management, and evaluation of ERP/SAP programs and initiatives
Collaborates closely with ERP program area teams on implementation
Assess key risks in ERP implementation plans and provide expert advice on strategies and critical issues
Provide strategic input into ERP architecture decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise IT standards
Mentor and coach project staff on ERP/SAP systems (HR, Finance, Procurement)
Maintain dotted line relationships with Enterprise Transformation, HR, IT, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Business Planning leadership
Act as principal advisor for strategic and operational plans aligned with ERP/SAP goals and objectives
Represent the project to build stakeholder confidence
Stay current with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors innovations and recommend feature adoption that drives business value
Requirements
Degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field
PMP certification
One of the following Scrum/Agile certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM I (Proof of Certification must be submitted with bid submission)
SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in ERP/SAP projects, including 4+ years leading large-scale implementations
Hands-on expertise with SAP modules such as SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Ariba, Concur, and Workforce Software
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation) and integration with S/4HANA and Workforce Software
Working knowledge of project and program management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Kanban, Scrum, and PROSCI
Demonstrated senior leadership and ability to mentor, coach, engage, and influence cross-functional teams
Experience managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and performance management
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, including presenting to executive audiences and Council
