Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Operations to ensure marketing programs are clearly scoped, resourced, and aligned across creative, channel, and product stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic marketing programs (e.g., product launches, campaigns, brand moments), partnering with channel leads, creative, and product marketing.
Translate high-level strategies into integrated, actionable plans with clear owners, timelines, and milestones.
Act as a strategic thought partner to marketing and creative leads, helping connect dots across programs and anticipate downstream needs.
Serve as the central point of visibility for in-flight programs, keeping leadership informed and surfacing blockers or risks early.
Requirements
8+ years of proven experience in global project management, with a significant portion specifically within a Marketing Operations or in-house marketing team.
Strong understanding and experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience in a tech company or fast-paced, high-growth (particularly international expansion) environment is highly desirable.
Thorough understanding of the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from strategy development to campaign execution and asset production across various channels (e.g., digital, social, PR, creative, brand).
Familiarity with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, creative asset management).
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are a strong plus.
