- Managing support periods after division support period (DSP) and service support period (SSP)
- Tracking projects, investigations, revenue impact, and SKUs scheduled for EoSL
- Coordinating across worldwide teams to set SSP and EoSL dates
- Conducting proactive and reactive investigations and providing lifecycle guidance
- Engaging and aligning stakeholders to ensure clear communication, documentation, and reporting
- Leading EoSL initiatives using subject-matter expertise
