About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and governance for the Data Centre programme.
- Oversee integrated master planning and programme controls, including Primavera P6.
- Manage interfaces, dependencies, risks, and key programme milestones.
- Support executive decision‑making, issue resolution, and change management.
- Provide high‑level programme reporting to Client and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure programme objectives for cost, schedule, quality, safety, and risk are achieved.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in large‑scale construction or infrastructure programmes.
- Proven leadership experience in PMC, EPCM, or client‑side roles.
- Strong expertise in programme management, governance, and integrated planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experienced in Data Centre PMC is preferred.
- Experience delivering data centre programmes for blue‑chip clients.
- Multi‑project or programme‑level leadership exposure.
